Hunter Ash

I am an Austin-based abstract painter. I was born and raised in Colorado, much of my upbringing involved spending time outdoors, exploring, hiking and creating. My experience with nature and the wonder it provides has cultivated in me a deep desire to better understand the world around me. I use painting as a tool to translate the emotional human experience and use abstract narratives to depict how we relate to what's happening in and around us.
