Morgan Gage

Morgan Gage is a printmaker, painter, ceramicist, and photographer whose work is built upon a foundation of material exploration and collaborating with the spontaneity that occurs when the work does something unexpected. Their most common theme explores perceptive fluidity between the internal versus external world. Their stylistic approach to artmaking is most frequently compared to emotional expressionism… During E.A.S.T. 2022 Morgan Gage is organizing and participating at the Manor House Pop-Up stop, located at 2502 Manor Road.

The Manor House Pop-Up is a temporary, collaborative, DIY event space! Our space will be hosting 8+ emerging visual artists from Austin Texas through an art market, installations, and silent auction. This will be accompanied by a schedule of performances and musical guests. This venue is a fully outdoor space (park on the side streets- the apartment nextdoor tows). Parent Discretion for children younger than 16 is suggested. A performance/event schedule will be updated starting in September onto Instagram: @ManorHouse_PopUp and Web: manorhousepopup.weebly.com. Virtual tours of the artist-collaborator’s personal studios/art spaces will be posted on our instagram! All profits will go to the creators with no deductions. This project is hosted by LGBTQIA+ persons and allies.
