"Here Today, Gone Tomorrow"

Zuzu, Erik Ross, and Liz Whitington have teamed up with Ryan Steglich and Anmol Mehra for this temporary project. This installation is to be designed as a model to revitalize otherwise unused spaces in the interim period prior to being demolished and rebuilt. For our inaguaral project our goal is to help celebrate and bring attention to the Blackland neighborhood and community. The mission of Blackland CDC is to foster a safe, sustainable, inclusive community that strives for social equality by preserving and enhancing the stock of affordable housing and providing supportive programs. Through this project we hope to not only amplify their mission but to also bring more awareness through this creative endeavor with ongoing programming.
