Monica Ceniceros

Mónica is a natural-born artist who has been creating art since she can remember. She grew up in Monterrey, Mexico, where she absorbed the colorful culture that is

unique technique of rich color combinations along the reflected in her work today. Mónica is known for her natural grains of wood. With it, she reminds us that there

is beauty in even the simplest of things. “We should embrace what we’ve been given in life, learn to work through our layers and imperfections, and transform into the best version of ourselves. True beauty lies in individuality."

Mónica moved to the US with her two sisters when she was just 15 years old. With her parents still living in Mexico, she learned to be self sufficient at an early age.

Having to adjust to a new life and culture, she struggled to find her identity and independence as a young woman.

Mónica uses her art to express the importance of self-love, self-celebration, and self-empowerment. Her work is a true celebration of the growth and strength that come by overcoming the challenges women face
