Kristina Drake

Kristina Drake is a Latina artist who lives in Austin, TX. Her first taste of art-making was with her grandma and aunt, who were art teachers. When she moved to Austin, TX, the city's creative energy inspired her to reconnect with her artistic nature.

She enrolled in the Milan Art Institute and learned classical drawing, oil painting, and contemporary techniques. She creates colorful, bold mixed-media paintings that explores the interconnection of the natural world and spiritual realm. She nourishes her spirituality through art and often depicts her subjects standing in their divine power.

Kristina works out of her light-filled studio located in Austin. She shows her art around the city and is excited to expand into other cities this year.
