WE Skorick

WE Naoto Skorick is a multi-medium artist based in Austin. After graduating from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA with a degree in Computer Animation, WE decided to explore portraiture using more traditional mediums He believes that in order to capture the true chaos within the mind, he needs to be able to capture what he sees in front of him. WE describes his work as Semi-Contemporary Realism and contains themes of social commentary, surrealism, and human nature. His main choices of medium are oil, charcoal and ink but he explores his art in other forms as well such as illustration, digital art, music, and videography.
