Priscilla Lustig

Priscilla Lustig is an American artist living and working in Austin, Texas. Her bold, color-filled abstract paintings and objects are playful in nature and serve as a personal outlet for psychological exploration and self expansion. Built by calculated measurements and sharp tape lines, the creative process behind her work is often tedious and errs on perfectionism.

As a child of the 90’s, her formative years were spent absorbing the cultural vibrancy and impact of the postmodern era. During her bachelors degree studies at Louisiana State University, Priscilla took a particular interest in how color theory and textural changes impact our visual receptors. Her direct influences include postmodernism, the Memphis Design Movement, and the dawn of the digital age.
