Michelle Rahbar

Michelle Rahbar is a visual artist who lives and works in Austin, TX. She grew up amongst factories and railroad yards on the shores of Lake Michigan. In this environment, she developed a strong affinity for Northern Romanticism, the written word and urban folk tales. After receiving her BFA in Painting & Drawing, she moved to Austin. She has exhibited across Texas in select curated exhibitions and recently joined the new art collective, Bolm Arts. Her work has appeared in national art publications and been acquired for both private and public collections through art consultants. Currently, she’s busy in her studio at Bolm creating a new body of work for upcoming fall gallery shows.
