Deb Soromenho

Deb Soromenho, soul-led artist.

California born and currently residing in Austin, Texas, Deb is a gallavanter at heart. She is a self-professed experience junkie and is not only constantly searching for adventure in life but also in her art.

Currently blissfully filling her days exploring the meaning of life through her watercolor paintings, Deb’s journey was not straightforward. She loves learning new skills almost more than the skill itself, which has led her on a lifetime adventure exploring every creative avenue she could manage, from fashion design to owning a brick and mortar spa to designing jewelry for the stars, all while traveling every chance she could get.

Deb states that watercolor has a special place in her heart though. It allows her the expressiveness and spontaneity needed to fulfill her neophile spirit. “I love letting the organic nature of watercolor guide me and create layers of beautiful luminescence and texture. Every painting I create is an adventure!”

You can find Deb’s nature inspired art online and throughout Austin. She shows in local art fairs and private venues and has participated in exhibitions such as the Mexic-Arte Museum’s Las Flores - La Vida, TreeGarden Studio’s Life of H2O and Curia Arcanum’s Art Salon.
