Eva Glock

I'm Eva Glock, and I'm an artist from Texas. I grew up in Austin, and I have been drawn to art since I was a child. I also graduated from college in Austin, where I studied Behavioral Science and Multidisciplinary Fine Art. I am inspired by nature, light, and color. You can usually find me painting, but I also love spending time outdoors with my husband and son. I previously rented studio space in South Austin, but decided to move my studio home in 2020. Now, my son is my studio mate, and he teaches me about creating from a place of joy and fun everyday. Currently, one of my large paintings, Spring Winds, is on display in Tanzania, Africa for a four year Embassy Exhibition with the U.S. Department of State's Art in Embassies Program. I was thrilled when my art was selected for the Exhibition in Tanzania. In contrast to my larger work, I also enjoy completing small daily paintings. I share both large and small pieces with art lovers by showing in art exhibits and galleries, and I currently have paintings on display in Austin City Hall Offices.
