Katherine K. Brupbacher

Katherine K. Brupbacher is an Austin-based visual artist. She has a home studio that allows her to create daily. Brupbacher earned her BFA with a concentration in Graphic Design from Baylor University and later completed her teaching certification in secondary art. She primarily works in watercolor, oil, and acrylic painting. The artist has held a painting practice for over 20 years and exhibits her work throughout Central Texas. She is an active member of the Austin art community. Brupbacher finds painting as a necessary means of expression and communication. When she's not painting, she makes the most of local hiking trails and the live music scene.
