Alex Abbott

Alex Abbott graduated from the University of North Texas in 2001 with a B.A. in Visual Art. Upon moving to Austin, she began her artistic career as a goldsmith, under the mentorship of her grandfather. Post-pandemic, she has focused her energy into painting. Self taught in the medium of acrylics, Alex's signature style includes hyper focus and bold color. Her subjects include majestic landscapes of the American west, high definition flowers and pollinators, and surrealism.
