Katie Chance

Katie Chance completed her BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Her newest body of work, Austin Skylines are large scale watercolor and oil pen paintings of the captivating downtown landscape often mixed with her popular Texas Wildflowers series. All three bodies of work follow Katie’s signature watercolor style of continuous, line illustrations also seen in her provocative Girls series. Katie is an avid traveler and explorer of all kinds, and views her work as a bond between nature and mindfulness. She finds constant inspiration by her backyard garden in South Austin and the entire city in which she lives. Katie works with watercolor, ink and gouache.
