Nicole Royer

Nicole Royer is an Abstract Action Painter, taking inspiration from everyday life and other Artists from the 1960’s and current. She utilizes a wide-ranging color palette to apply passionate brushstrokes and layered textures onto canvas. Nicole works directly with clients to create customized paintings for their home and/or workspace decor. Although her primary medium is acrylic on canvas, she moonlights special projects such as commissioned mailboxes and hand-painted purses.

Born in Lock Haven, PA, she received her Bachelors of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University after two study abroad adventures in France. Nicole started drawing at the age of 2 and never stopped learning or experimenting with all types of 2D media, until she landed on acrylics. The artist now lives and works in Austin, TX. Her work is held in private collections, hospitals, government offices and has been shown in galleries over the past 20 years.
