Stafford Wood

Working from her home studio in on the East side in Prospect Hill, Stafford has recently begun a practice exploring excess of material and non-traditional process work. Utilizing found materials combined with pouring and palette knives, mixing colors on canvas and generally playing with media. She seeks to connect words with form by discovering how the artifacts of her feelings intersect in poetry and creation. She has exhibited at The Contemporary: Laguna Gloria and private galleries.
